No News Is Good News

Not much new right now which is fine because usually my news involves me going to see a doctor. Speaking of the doctor, last time I went they thought I belonged in magazines. And with a face like this, who could blame them?

Here I am "on the go."

Posing, knee up. I'm a pro at this.

What? You like funny faces? I'm your man. Call my agent.

But enough of all that. Aunt Kelli came by. I like her hair.

No, that is not my halloween costume (but it could be). It's cottage cheese geniuses.

Word is I should be sitting better. Apparently it's not good enough that I roll and crawl all over the house. So I've been practicing.

Yes I know my hair looks a little red. Trust me, it's not. But my shirt is a little moist. See-ya!

Easter and Three Doctors

My first easter was a lot of fun. I saw almost all of my family. Unfortunatly my photographer took the day off at our first stop at Great Grandma Edwards, but we got some good ones with Mommy's family.

Nothing like a family photo on the wicker to celebrate my first Easter in style.

My Easter basket was filled with plastic eggs and a taggie blanket. I loved all of it.

What a sharp looking group!

Mommy, Me and wicker.

Just two guys sitting on a couch. I'm not looking so happy because as we found out later I was getting sick.

Like I said, I got sick. Sunday night the fever got up to 103 and we went to the hospital. I tried to cool off with a wet cloth but there is only so much I can do.

It got worse on Monday night when my temperature got up to 105.3 in the waiting room at yet another doctor. Sure I'm tough, but it took a lot out of me.

Tuesday we went to another doctor for a follow-up and we found out things were looking better. Doc said he thought I might have roseola. Dad and I just call it rosieodonnel.

The good news in all this sickness is that I got to spend three days at home with Dad. I made it all day Wednesday without medicine and did not have a fever at all when I went to bed. Yea!

Did I mention I got my first tooth and a sweet new haircut?

The Royals Should Have Won Today

Oh my gosh, why didn't anybody tell me there was a whole basket of toys! You can't hide them from me anymore.

I'm really good at sitting, as far as you know.

I kind of look like a cowboy here.

An ear infection has limited my outside time which stinks cuz I love strollin'.

April 8th was my big seven month birthday. This good looking shirt made its first appearance that day.

What sound does a lizard make? I don't know either.

Mom whines because everybody says I look like Dad, but I did get my pointer toe from her.

p.s. The Royals make me mad.

I'm No April Fool

Daylight savings time is not something I was ready for. This is me way past my bedtime just getting off the phone.

My latest and greatest is that I roll wherever I want to go. If Mom or Dad is across the room I just go to them.

My buddy Colton came over and we went for a walk with our moms.

Then we came inside and played on the blanket.

Warm weather means short-sleeved shirts.

I wish I could sit like this on my own all the time. I'm sure it won't be long though.

April 2nd is opening day! We were watching the White Sox and Indians but then it had a rain delay. I'm looking forward to my first summer and going to baseball games.

New Car Seat

I am tall. And because of that, I had to lose the old carseat and upgrade to the Evenflo Triumph LX convertible carseat. I know, sounds cool. Is carseat one word or two? Nevermind. This is the last photo of me in the old ride.

Any carseat expert will tell you that you should definitely test it out (as pictured) in the living room before making it official in the car.

Full success! You can see that I love it. Of course this means that Mom and Dad have to carry me everywhere now instead of just lugging around the old carrier. I'm sure they don't mind.

Of course when they carry me out into the cold it is important to bundle up. Two words, Big Time.

Almost Back To Normal

Daddy and I wore our hats on Saturday.

Mommy bought me this cool new shirt. I look grown up wearing it in Dad's chair.

If I were a gymnast I would definitely be good at the rings. I love to hang on to them even in my sleep.

Another shot of me looking cool in my hat.

I spend so much time on my belly that it made the bald spot on the back of my head go away!

You have to look closely to notice my coolness in this photo. I bet you didn't know that a bib can also be a cape. Peace!

Sleeping is an adventure, literally. I like to use the whole bed.

Back to the babysitter tomorrow. This is going to be my first normal week for almost a month. Come see me soon!

A Crazy Month

It's been a long time since this was updated and a lot has happened. Most importantly I turned six months old on March 8! Since you heard from me last, I missed a week at the babysitter because I was sick and had to go a week without my dad because he was in Dallas for basketball. Everything is back to normal now and we are enjoying mom's spring break!

As you can see, I'm getting cooler all the time. Here I am in big boy pajamas taking a nap on the couch before bed time.

Dinner time! Eating squash makes me toot.

This activity table is a lot of fun even though I need a spotter.

This one is almost a month old but is an interesting view of me engaged in one of my favorite (and gross) activities.

This photo had to be cropped because Mom's underwear was on the floor. Ha Ha!

When I was sick, Grandma Cheri came to help take care of me. Then Papa Danny came to play with me too.

Nothing like a cold cup of water to wash the food down.

Even though I'm only six months, I'm wearing 12 month PJ's. I know, you're impressed.
